The new approaches to treatment of allergy and allergodermatoses

Background. The statistics of morbidity forces scientists to recognize the presence of epidemic of allergy and allergic dermatoses. Dermatologists state 100% affection of skin of people by demodexes. Specialists of the house dust mites note the high pollution of the biotope of the modern person with mites where dermatophagoids prevail. Scabiologists assume acarotregerstvo – healthy carriage of Sarcoptes scabiei by a person. According to acarologists mites Linguatula serrata are present in all known ecological niches. Antibodies to components of body of dermatophagoids, demodexes, sarcoptids are found in the blood of many patients. Methods. Having thoroughly learnt the clinic of demodectic, dermatophagoidic, sarcoptic and other versions of acariases in the natural conditions of their dissemination among population we rechecked our observations with participation of an acarologist on 17823 patients. In 1981-1982 out of 2 million examined 91% was affected by mites. At present there are no people including infants who have skin not affected by mites. The most often clinical masks of acariasis among 388 780 affected there were allergic reactions and allergic diseases. Out of 42157 people, addressed for the medical help, took the full treatment course by the author’s method 8548 people, including 1510 patients with an allergy and 3460 – with allergic dermatoses. Results. As a result of the performed complex etiopathogenetic treatment symptoms of an allergy were liquidated, condition of the skin of all the treated was steadily normalized. The previous «guilty» allergens and triggers did not cause any more allergic and skin problems during from one till 16 years. Before applying to us were treated concerning allergy to food and drug 763 people, allergic blepharo-conjunctivitis – 86, an allergic all-the-year-round rhinitis – 178, polynosis – 471, bronchitis asthmaticus – 12, atopic dermatitis – 712, acute urticaria – 42, chronic relapse urticaria – 114, eczema – 149, lichen chronicus simplex – 179, widespread dermatitis – 912, local dermatitis – 972, contact dermatitis – 255, psoriasis – 117, parapsoriasis – 72, lupus erythematosus – 49, photodermatosis – 43 people. Among them there were 994 children and 3976 adults. Conclusion. Antiacariasis treatment provides for full recovery from allergy and allergic dermatoses. The main meaning for full recovery of acary variants of an allergy and allergodermatoses has thorough knowledge of clinic of acariasis.
