Difference from acariasis



The difference between an allergy and acariasis.

An allergy is noncontagious disease.

Acariasis is infectious disease caused by mites in association with smaller microorganisms as fungi, viruses, bacteria, etc.

Allergy is diagnosed clinically or on presence of antibodies to allergens in blood.

Acariasis is not diagnosed in clinical medicine, but acariasis can be diagnosed clinically.

An allergy is considered as incurable disease.

Acariasis can be cured completely.
