This is the opinion of the author of the monography "Allergy as the reason of growth of diseases to the beginning of the III millenium (Allergy=Acarias)" (Almaty, "Akyl kitaby", 1999 - 192 pp, 500 copies) R.D.Zhaxylykova.
Her work unify the 25-year experience in the field of allergology, dermatology and acarology of the author - clinician. She carries out purposeful clinical survey of more than one million patients. The detailed clinical and laboratory examination of 16512 patients is conducted.
R.D.Zhaxylykova ascertains, that the leading part in rise of the continuing avalanchely growing allergy among the population are mites. The second name of the book "Allergy - acarias" is quite justified. Acarias is considered by the author as associative disease always connected with simultaneous parasitizing of mites, bacteria, fungus and other microorganisms. The clinical picture of allergy - acarias as integrated illness depends on number of factors: from immune-biological and neuroendocrinal status of macroorganisms, qualitative and quantitative structure of associative complex, microorganisms together with mites, period of illness, ecology, degree of work and active rest, their conditions, condition of life, various habits of struck patient, etc.
In the monography three consecutive clinical stages of allergy - acarias as integrated illness are in detail described. In pre-allergy period (1st stage of illness) actually disease is not distinguished and is not registered in medicine. This stage can last from several days up to several tens years. Such variety of duration of illness is peculiar both for II-III stages. On the 1st stage of disease the sensibilization develops in organism. The complexity of structure of mites tissues and complex of microorganisms associative with them in aggregate with the destructively changed components of various tissues of the struck patients with augmentation of duration of defeat conducts to occurrence of variety of antibodies in organism. It is shown clinically in development of polyvalent of autosensibilisation, occurrence of intolerance to the large number of "allergens" on the II and III stages of illness. On the III stages of illness the gradual reduction of immunity down to complete attrition of immune system of organism of the struck patient is observed. From the point of clinic these stages are characterized by consecutive development of allergic reactions, allergic illnesses, diseases with immune-allergic genesis, and on the final stage - systemic illnesses of immune deficiency.
The author offers radical methods of treatment and prevention of allergy. For implementation of the latter R.D.Zhaxylykova states a number of concrete practical offers.
